Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.

Description of Service

Scaleinger provides paid lead generation and consultation booking services for independent mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. This includes campaign management and a qualification system that screens prospects and books consultations onto the client's calendar. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Scaleinger does not guarantee signed clients, closed deals, funded loans, or any specific business result. Our service is limited to generating and booking qualified consultations. Whether a booked consultation converts into a closed transaction is entirely within the client's control and responsibility.

Advertising Spend

Where the service includes paid advertising, the client funds and owns their own ad account and ad spend directly. Scaleinger does not front, guarantee a return on, or take responsibility for advertising budget outcomes.

User Obligations

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring your own compliance with applicable advertising and communications law, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and any state-level requirements governing automated or AI-assisted communications.

Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scaleinger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scaleinger, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Termination

Scaleinger may suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion, including for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scaleinger operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
